Canadawide Project: Refrigeration for Warehouses and Packaging Rooms

This project involved delivering a refrigeration system in record time, in coordination with the complete renovation of the building. The client sought a flexible and agile partner capable of adapting to a complex project and ever-evolving coordination.

Zero-C proposed an innovative solution by installing a centralized refrigeration system on the roof of the building, within a custom-built enclosure. We also adapted the timeline to install the piping network before the slab demolition and then divided the project stages so other trades could perform their work without interruption.

  • Increased production space with rooftop installation, minimizing work inside the building.
  • Simplified coordination, allowing parallel startup with the building renovation.
  • On-time delivery, ensuring a quick start for operations in the new building.
