Your mandate
Working with the sales team, the designer will identify the customer’s needs and propose energy-efficient solutions. He will be responsible for developing the concepts to be estimated and presented to the customer. He will also be working on projects in the fields of warehousing, food processing and recreational buildings such as arenas.
*In-company training offered for the development of technical knowledge and further training.
The proposed challenges
- Perform load calculations;
Designing refrigeration systems; - Make selections for the various equipment;
- Request quotations for selected equipment;
- Evaluate the technical aspects of bids;
- Draw the plans and schematics required to complete projects;
- Validate shop drawings of equipment ordered;
- Prepare bids and cover letters;
- Provide technical support to project managers and various departments;
- Provide calculations and documents required for grant applications;
- Take charge of the project engineering for which he/she is responsible;
- You perform other related administrative tasks.

Required profile
Are you the person we’re looking for?
- DEC in Building Mechanics or BAC in Mechanical Engineering or BAC in Construction Engineering;
- Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word);
- Knowledge of AutoCAD;
- Fluency in written and spoken French;
