Your mandate
The Project Manager is responsible for the execution of the Manufacturing Division’s projects, respecting budgetary, human, material and time constraints in order to achieve profitability and customer satisfaction objectives.
The proposed challenges
- Establish and maintain effective communication between team members;
- Act as a specialist for customers;
- Draft the contract and other project documents;
- Understand and share the scope of work with the various stakeholders;
- Develop and monitor the deliverables schedule;
- Identify risks and plan solutions;
- Send orders and approve invoices from suppliers and subcontractors;
- Manage and control invoicing, and monitor budgets;
- Control and monitor schedules;
- Implement solutions that promote efficiency and economy;
- Produce the project performance report;
- Produce letters of guarantee and technical documents;
- Produce project performance and end-of-project reports;
- Share the list of lessons learned;
- All other related tasks.

Required profile
Are you the person we’re looking for?
- You are a self-starter, resourceful, organized, with a good analytical mind who likes to work in a team and act as a trainer with attention to detail;
- Easily handles multiple tasks, pressure, priorities and is a skilled communicator;
- Reading plans, general notes and specifications, estimating costs, meeting deadlines and providing exemplary leadership;
- A valid driver’s license;
- Any combination of training or other related fields will be considered;
- Knowledge of AutoCad, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office suite;
- Good written and spoken communication skills in French.
